Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any deliver return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.
- You must inform us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org together with the photo showing the problem of the item OR complete the form within 2days from the date of receiving the Product(s). Any request later than 2days will not be entertained

Replacement Item: (the item you wish to replace or exchange)
- Product(s) must send out from your side within 2 working days upon request approved
- You must return the Product(s) to us in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. We will not take in charge the cost of returning the Product(s) to us. Products must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Product(s) must be returned with their original packaging. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product(s) while they are in your possession so you are advised to return the Product(s) securely packaged by registered mail.
- You can exchange with same / other style, colour or design if available. If higher price Product(s) is selected as replacement for a returned Product(s), the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance will be credited to your account for future purchase. No monetary refund is allowed.
- We reserves full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated RETURN POLICY.
Returnable / Exchangeable
- Product(s) that are terrible damage or stained
- Product(s) that are with prominent and obvious quality problems
- Wrong color or product(s) received
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, colour differs slightly from the pictures shown online
- Product(s) design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or pocket)
- Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm
- Sales items is not returnable unless it is a damage item
